Focus and Scope

CULTURA FRANCA JOURNAL: English Literature and Linguistics is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the English Literature Study Program, Institut Prima Bangsa. This journal serves as a platform for the publication and dissemination of research in the fields of language, literature, and linguistics, both theoretical and applied.

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to:

1. Linguistics and applied linguistics.
2. Literary studies, literary theory, and literary history.
3. Language teaching and learning.
4. Language planning and assessment.
5. Curriculum design and development.
6. Multilingualism and multilingual education.
7. Discourse and genre analysis.
8. Academic writing.
9. Translation and translation studies.

In addition, we encourage researchers to submit relevant and innovative studies that contribute significantly to the advancement of knowledge in the fields of English literature and linguistics. All submitted articles will undergo a rigorous review process to ensure academic quality and relevance.

CULTURA FRANCA is published twice a year, in January–June and July–December editions.
